  When you click on the PRESET field at the top of the main window, there's a MANAGE LIBRARY button that will appear at the bottom of the new window. This will tell you where your library is (mine is external to save disk space).
  
  Go to this LIBRARY location and you should see a PRESETS folder. Just stick the Vintage Machines folder (containing all the .btweakr files) inside there then you can browse/select your library presets from the main Presets window.
