CHANGED minimum supported macOS version to macOS Monterey.
ADDED support for macOS Sonoma (10.4.2 was also tested for compatibility on macOS Sonoma).

FIXED RX app changes audio driver to 44.1kHz sample rate upon opening the app manually or with RX Connect.
FIXED RX 10 Connect Audiosuite clip processing modes are inaccessible on Windows in Pro Tools 2023.12.
FIXED regions of silence are rendered by some iZotope plugins when hosted in the RX 10 application.
