The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Bundle - Sessions 1-10
P2P | 02 June 2017 | 2.57 GB
Ten sessions of "Multitrack Drums" series by The Loop Loft. Sometimes loops just aren't enough. Do you ever wish you could ride the faders and control the individual elements of a live drum track? Well, now you can. With our new series of multitrack drums, we provide you with over 9 separate tracks of drums and percussion, giving you full control over the level, EQ, compression and effects for each instrument.

On top of that, we organize the sessions by song structure, breaking up different components of the song into different folders (intro, verse, chorus etc) and with each section of the song, we provide a multitude of groove and fill variations. Just listen to the preview clip, drag and drop the multitrack files into your session and start arranging and mixing. It's that easy. And since the tracks are WAV files, they're compatible with every major DAW including Logic, Ableton, GarageBand, Cubase, Pro Tools and many others. You will find sessions with different tempo: 77 bpm, 80 bpm, 91 bpm, 92 bpm, 100 bpm, 115 bpm, 128 bpm, 140 bpm and 260 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #1: Earthy Pop

Our first Multitrack Session is "Earthy Pop", a full arrangement of organic sounding drum tracks that will instantly bring a big, warm and rock solid rhythmic foundation to your production. Recorded on a USA Custom Gretsch kit along with vintage, hand hammered cymbals, the Earthy Pop drum session gives you a wide range of groove and arrangement options. From crisp crosssticks to sloshy hi hats to tribal tom grooves, this session gives you total control over every nuance of the drum sound AND the arrangement, all with the feel of a seasoned session drummer. Session Tempo: 80 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #2: Funk Meets Fusion

What would it sound like if legendary funk drummer, Clyde Stubblefield (James Brown) joined a legendary fusion band like Weather Report, and they only performed in dance clubs where the tempo was regulated to 128 bpm? Well, we're not sure if such a bizarre/awesome union like this would ever occur, but if it did, the drums would probably sound a lot like our latest multitrack release, "Funk Meets Fusion". Session Tempo: 128 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #3: Thick and Meaty

Just like the name implies, the Thick and Meaty Multitrack Sessions are loaded with drums that give you plenty to chew on... and more. Using one of our beloved birch studio kits, we slapped on some extra-punchy Remo Pinstripe heads and pulled out our ultra-aggressive brass snare drum, all to give you a sound that is fat, juicy and totally in your face. Along with all of the individual drum tracks, we also captured the room sound on a separate channel, putting an even bigger (and natural) sound at your disposal. Just adjust the faders and mix to taste! Session Tempo: 100 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #4: Felt and Wires

Take the melodic mallet drumming of Art Blakey, combine it with warm brush strokes of Philly Joe Jones and mix it together with some 21st century backbeats, and you get our latest Multitrack Drums release, "Felt and Wires". Consisting of six individual channels of drum set mics along with 4 channels of percussion, this collection gives you complete control over a very orchestral, dynamic and ethereal sounding session that will appeal to film scorers, songwriters and instrumental composers alike. Session Tempo: 92 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #5: Linear Leverage

Our fifth Multitrack Drum Session release delves into the unique style of "linear drumming". This is a conceptual approach to playing where no two limbs hit at the same time, resulting in an intricate, yet musical flow broken up between the kick, snare and hi hat. This refreshing break from the traditional, steady 8th note approach to pop rock drumming was made famous by Steve Gadd on Paul Simon's 1975 hit "50 Ways To Leave Your Lover". The Linear Leverage Multitrack Drum Session expands on those grooves even further, mixing in funky ride patterns, melodic tom breaks and an assortment of percussion tracks to seamlessly layer into your own multitrack production. Session Tempo: 91 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #6: Bop Mambo

Inspired heavily by the sound and feel of late 50's and early 60's Blue Note releases (notably, the albums engineered by the great Rudy Van Gelder), the Bop Mambo Multitrack Drum Sessions consist of a combination of uptempo bebop and latin-jazz tracks. With a wide selection of delicate brush playing, thunderous snare roll crescendos, tribal tom grooves and syncopated swing, the Bop Mambo sessions is one of the most dynamic collections we've ever released. If you're looking for tracks that recall the hard bop drumming of Elvin Jones, Max Roach or Art Blakey, then this is the Multitrack session for you! Session Tempo: 260 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #7: Lucky Sevens

From the great fusion groups of the 70's, to the prog rockers of the 80's, to the grunge bands of the 90's, to the modern jazz artists of today, there is one thing they all have in common: a love for the odd meter of 7/8. Our seventh Multitrack Sessions release, "Lucky Sevens" takes an in-depth look at this time signature from every angle. With a massive selection of intro, verse, chorus, bridge, fill and stop grooves, you'll find the perfect drum and percussion tracks to drag and drop into your next odd meter arrangement. Session Tempo: 115 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #8: Ringo Goes Indie

Extremely dry. Extremely punchy. Extremely awesome. That is the drum sound that Ringo Star made famous with The Beatles in the mid to late 1960's. By placing tea towels on his drum heads and using an abundant amount of compression, Ringo, along with engineer, Geoff Emerick, created a signature sound that is still sought after by producers and artists to this day. For this Multitrack Drum Session release, we utilized the "towels on the drums" method while playing an assortment of indie pop grooves and fills. The result? A vintage sound with a modern day feel, perfect for songwriters and producers looking for that "classic" vibe, along with the flexibility of multitracked drums. Session Tempo: 77 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #9: Live Dubstep

With bombastic Bonham-inspired backbeats and highly syncopated Stewart Copeland-esque hi hat patterns, this Multitrack release infuses the excitement and articulation of live rock drums with the grimey, halftime feel of dubstep. Clocking in at the dead center tempo of 140 bpm, "Live Dubstep" serves up a wide assortment of grooves and fills (yep, plenty of triplets), allowing endless possibilities for customizing your tracks. And with the multitrack format, you have total control over every element of the kit; from gating and eq'ing the kick to filtering and throwing a delay on one of the snares (yep, we tracked two snares).

If you're a serious dubstep producer looking for real drums (with total control of the mix), or a songwriter looking to incorporate some dub elements into your own compositions, then "Live Dubstep" is the Multitrack Drum Session for you! Session Tempo: 140 bpm.

The Loop Loft Multitrack Drums Session #10: Moves Like Motown

Motown. Not only is it a record label responsible for producing a staggering amount of hit songs, but for also crafting its own signature sound. As one of the most recorded rhythm sections in the history of modern music, The Funk Brothers created a unique blend of funk, jazz and soul that provided the ultimate foundation for hits by Marvin Gaye, The Tempations, Martha and the Vandellas, The Supremes and a host of other classic Motown artists.

In this latest Multitrack Drum release, The Loop Loft pays homage to the sound and feel of the Motown grooves that have inspired us all for decades. From the classic "snare rolling into tom" fills, to the funky layers of percussion (thank you, Eddie "Bongo" Brown), to the infamous "soul beat", Moves Like Motown channels the spirit and pocket that helped put a little label from Detroit on the map of music history. Whether you're a producer looking for a vintage, soul-infused vibe, or a modern songwriter in the vein of Beck, Adele, Jamie Lidell or Amy Winehouse, this collection of Multitrack Drums is guaranteed to bring some of the Motown sound to your next recording. Session Tempo: 115 bpm.

Each Multitrack Configuration contains Drum Kit and Percussion tracks. Tracks contains different individual sounds like Kick, Snare, Tom, Floor Tom, Overhead Left, Overhead Right, Crashes, Room, Soft Shaker, Cowbell, African Shaker, Egg Shaker, Tambourine, Udu, Djembe, Clave, Muted Bongo. All Session Files: 24 bit, 48 KHZ WAV.
