Plugin Alliance Bundle v2026.3 [WiN]

This bundle contains everything currently available. Except the MEGA Sampler.
Plugin Alliance stopped selling those "ALL Bundle" "Cyber Bundle" "MEGA
Bundle". We are very sory for the boring bundle name!

Because most of all made-by-bx plugins are updated in 2026, it's time for you
to install all again.

While we are building / processing automation for this release,
we found lots of issue in PA Installation Manager. It misses many files
(incl. some plugin binaries) that should be installer. Furthermore, "Install
All" crashes the Installation Manager in recent weeks, due to the error of
"SPL Free Ranger" plugin. Poor legit users!

MEGA Sampler Chan lost "MEGA". She wasn't able to go "GIGA" ;(
