Joey Sturgis Drum Samples Detuned Series Toms [KONTAKT]

THIS IS A COLLECTION OF AUDIO SAMPLES, NOT A PHYSICAL SET OF DRUMS!

These toms were tuned really low for heavier guitar tunings. The kit was a custom truth kit.

Mics Used:

• Senheiser MD 421-II (on hi tom and low tom)
• Shure Beta 57 (on lowest tom)
• Neumann km184's spaced stereo pair (for overheads)
• RODE K2 Tube (for mono room)

Preamps Used:

• API 3124 (for overheads)
• Great River ME-1NV (for mono room)
• Presonus Digimax D8 (for toms)

Sample Articulations (for each tom):
Hard, Medium, and Soft

Contents:

• Audio files: .wav format, 44.1 kHz, 24 bit
• ".gog" files: 1 per tom, with predefined dynamic groups
• Sample: toms used in an example for preview purposes, unmastered and mastered
