Raw Vermona inaugurates a new concept in our sample catalogue.

We are going to sample machine in it’s pure rawness.
And now it’s the turn of the Vermona DRM1 Analog Drum.

Most contemporary sample packs focus on highly undynamic samples. Audio-destructive processes like normalization and digital compression are the norm rather than the exception.

We are not saying this is a bad decision. We do this ourself on our Flavours series, and it’sa good way to imprint character of certain styles or eras to your sounds.

But being honest, there is a loudness war going on in the sample world and everybody is on the same one-way-only train: my library has to sound louder than yours.

His chameleonic sound floats between Downtempo, Ambient, Hip-Hop and Future Jazz, making his particular approach to beatmaking a complex, richly textured and highly seductive experience. If you like the sound of Flying Lotus, Shigeto or the L.A. beat scene, you must definitely check this library out.

Inside you will find a set of 430 one shots, 146 loops and multiple instruments and presets for Ableton and Maschine as well. A sound palette consisting of color-saturated drums, deep bass lines, silky e-pianos, driving synths, dusty percussions and other unusual fx and textures, makes it a very unique, versatile and fun to play library. Ableton Live and NI Maschine packs include all demo tracks arranged and pre-programmed through MIDI files, to be able to dissect and play around with each single sound in every composition.
