‘For Asheville’ is part of a fundraiser series in partnership with Arts Asheville to raise funds for Hurricane Helene recovery efforts via a portion of royalties. Multi-time Moment creators and nature lovers galen tipton and Holly Waxwing teamed up to transform session recordings by local musicians and field recordings from the area as their tribute to Appalachia’s rich musical culture. 

This course is best for those who have some understanding of music theory, with a base knowledge of major and minor chords and their corresponding keys. In this pack, William Roberts will show you some of the most common alternate and open tunings. These tunings will give you the ability to do things that are not physically possible with a guitar that’s in standard tuning. We’ll run through the number system with the open tunings, explore different keys, and go through open tuning chord progress
