Count Baldor is the current creative alias of Tom Parker, a British music producer and composer. Rather than seeing hyperpop as one defining sound, Parker considers it a continuation of artists like Shitmat, Ebola, and the rest of the Wrong Music squad, among others. Sometimes he works from a blank slate and just creates until he has something he likes. When he is pulling inspiration, it's from sources like UK garage, jazz, tv show themes, ancient lyre music, dubstep, psytrance, techno, IDM, etc.

There is nothing analog about a Rack Extension, so why pretend. The Digital Filter takes full advantage of modern signal processing techniques and for the first time provides Continuously Variable Slope. You can now morph between the classic response of a 4-pole filter (Moog), to the subtle sounds of a 2-pole filter (Oberheim), and for an extremely steep cutoff all the way up to a 12-pole filter. And everything in between, you can even play with odd order filters if you like. It's shaping up to be the only filter you'll need in your toolbox, though you might want more than one instance.

X-Impact Synthesizer - an instrument inspired by one of the most popular analog synthesizers of all times. Developed by the known trance producer Adrian Wójcik aka. A.R.D.I. from Poland. X-Impact is a sonic playground that alludes to classic analog synthesizers - where synthesis is not only the end result, but also a journey of discovery and experimentation. X-Impact is capable of producing highly complex sounds and modulations, its design is easy enough that amateur music producers can easily discover and experience the joy and magic of X-Impact synthesis.

Sinc Vereor is a powerful synthesizer hidden behind a deceptively simple interface. This wavemorphing subtractive synth uses familiar controls to create unusual sounds different from what you'd expect from a similar package. Noise mode incorporates an adjustable-bandwidth "artifactful" self-similar noise source. All modes also incorporate a wavefolder. Add in a multimode filter and VCA controlled by an ADSR envelope and a vintage-inspired chorus, Sinc Vereor allows for precise tone creation from simple and melodic to all-out noisy and unapologetically digital.

Manis Iteritas Vereor was inspired but our Eurorack module and earlier Rack Extension Manis Iteritas. The original is known for its untamed, aggressive edge. Manis Iteritas Vereor moves in a more controlled and tonal direction (while keeping its signature aggressive edge). Utilizing its famed six-operator saw-based additive and phase-modulation synthesis algorithms, MIV creates sounds ranging from beautiful organs, pads, and plucks to experimental and noisy sounds like you've never heard before.

Manis Iteritas uses the synthesis of the popular Eurorack hardware voice by Noise Engineering. Manis Iteritas is based on our Basimilus Iteritas, but is designed to be more gritty and aggressive. At its core are six additive oscillators that are configured in different ways in three modes. It uses only sawtooth waves that are manipulated, modulated, and distorted through a rethought interface. It can be unapologetically aggressive or surprisingly beautiful. Manis is suitable for leads, bass lines, drums, darkness, detuned madness, or pure mayhem.

Loquelic Iteritas Vereor is inspired by our rack extension (and Eurorack module) Loquelic Iteritas Percido. We loved the aggressive, gnarly, and gross sounds we designed the LIP for, but had an inkling that if we tamed down the core sound-generation algorithms, we could. The result as a complementary, melodic rack extension. LIV's deceptively simple dual-oscillator sound generation engine excels at creating an incredibly diverse sonic palette of tones never before imagined.

Loquelic Iteritas Percido is a digital VCO with interpretations of three classic synthesis algorithms and dual pitch control. It creates a huge variety of sounds parameterized by four tone and two pitch controls. An internal envelope can be shaped and routed to pitches and tone controls. LIP is gnarly and gross, and makes excellent percussion, glitch, lasers, farts (yes, farts) and noise sounds.

Basimilus Iteritas Vereor is a variation on our previous rack extension, Basimilus Iteritas. Where the original was percussive, BIV goes a more melodic direction with modified algorithms and the addition of a VCA/LPG dynamics section. Easily make plucks, pads, and strings, or tweak a little and synthesize metallic drones, synthetic choirs, sound effects.

Basimilus is a parameterized digital synthesizer with its roots in the analog world. At its heart it is a simple six-oscillator additive synthesizer with adjustable waveform, harmonic spread and decay. Plus, an adjustable attack stage with a noise oscillator is also included. Oscillators are summed and fed into an infinifolder - Noise Engineering's unique take on a wavefolder - for crunch and variety. Three modes change the interaction of the additive oscillators, allowing for incredibly versatile sound design with just a few tweaks. Basimilus is a go-to drum synth, but also excels at leads, basses, and more.

Ataraxic Iteritas Vereor was inspired by our first Eurorack module, the Ataraxic Translatron that was meant to make the classic sounds of video games. We took that concept and expanded it into a fully parameterized synth voice. Sound creation starts with one of three bit tables shaped via variable interpolation that is scrolled through, amplitude modulated, folded, and distorted by the front panel controls, before being further dynamically and harmonically modified by the VCA/LPG and envelope section. Subby basses, metallic drones, unrelentingly digital timbres and more are all to be had from the AI. Guaranteed to make the fax machine jealous.
